When will my subscription ship?
Subscriptions ship between the 7th-15th of each month.
Can I switch between subscription types?
Absolutely! Visit the Manage Subscription link in your account to change your subscription.
Please keep in mind, that once a subscription charges it cannot be changed, but you an always change future subscriptions.
When is the cutoff to make changes?
Changing future subscription information can be done by the last day of the month. Once you are charged for the month, we have to make any changes (including updating addresses) for you.

Can I skip a Month?
Yes, you have until the last day of the month to skip the next charge date.
Are subscriptions returnable?
Unfortunately subscriptions are non-refundable/non-returnable.
I'm international, can I subscribe?
Any country we ship to is eligible to subscribe.
Please note, our subscription frequently features items that are date sensitive. International shipping can take extra time due to customs. Please be aware of this when you subscribe.
Should you be charged any customs or VAT fees, these are your responsibility. We do not refund for these fees.
I'm not discbound, can I subscribe?
Yes, we offer A5 six-ring style as well as half-letter unpunched. These options will receive dashboard sized items instead of cover sized items as typically these customers want to put them inside their planner.
Please note, we don't guarantee that home-punches will be able to punch through the cover and page finder materials.
Can I add products to my Subscription?
You can add products to your subscription, but they will not ship until until your box ships. Subscription boxes ship out 15th - 18th of every month.
