Our subscription boxes are thoughtfully designed to help you build and evolve your planner system over time—but you may need a few basics to begin, depending on the box you choose:

Monthly Cover Club

This is a stylish monthly refresh for your existing planner. You’ll need to already have a discbound planner with discs and inserts—we simply send the cover upgrade.

Planner Lifestyle Box

This box includes inserts, dashboards, and accessories—so you’ll want to already have a planner cover and a set of discs to assemble everything.

Deluxe Planner Box

Our most complete experience. Each month, you’ll receive covers, inserts, and accessories—but you’ll still need a set of discs to get started. Your planner will grow month by month as you receive more items.

Our subscription products are designed for discbound systems and are available in multiple sizes. When you sign up, you’ll choose the size that fits your planner best—no guesswork required.

Each month’s subscription box is thoughtfully curated with themed planning and lifestyle items designed to inspire and organize. The contents are a surprise, but they often include exclusive dashboards, inserts, accessories, and more.

Yes! Every subscriber receives the same curated set for their chosen box and planner size. From covers to inserts to accessories, we design each month around a thoughtful theme—so you never miss a coordinated moment.

We sometimes share sneak peeks on our social media and in our email newsletters. If you prefer surprises, you can opt out of spoiler content!

Subscription boxes ship around the 15th of the month, and they’re themed for the following month. For example, the April box ships mid-March—so you’re always prepared before the month begins. If spots are full when you try to sign up, you’ll be added to our waitlist to be notified so you can subscribe to the next available box.

Our boxes do sell out! If the one you want is currently closed, don’t worry—you can join the waitlist, and we’ll email you the moment a spot opens. Waitlist customers are always the first to know when we reopen.

Waitlist members are notified as soon as subscriptions reopen. Waitlist members also get early access to subscribe before enrollment opens to the public! Openings are offered via email on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to watch your inbox!

Subscription openings are based on current member capacity. We review availability monthly, and if spots open, we notify the waitlist immediately. While we can’t guarantee exact dates, joining the waitlist ensures you’re the first to know.

Most subscription box items are exclusive and won’t be sold individually. However, if we have extra stock, select items may appear in the shop later, but this is never guaranteed.

You can skip an upcoming box by logging into your account, selecting your subscription, and choosing ‘Skip Next Shipment.’ You can also email us at Hello@JanesAgenda.com; Skips must be done before your renewal date.

We totally understand needing a break now and then. However, if you skip three boxes in a row, we’ll consider it a sign that you may not be actively using the subscription anymore. At that point, your subscription may be marked as abandoned, and your spot could be offered to someone on the waitlist.

You’ll receive an email before we take any action, giving you a chance to confirm whether you’d like to stay subscribed.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard—no pressure, no hoops. We believe planning should feel good, not like a commitment trap. However, once purchased, these boxes are non-refundable. Make sure to manage your subscription before the next bx charges if you would like to skip or cancel that month.

If you cancel after renewal date (the first of every month), your order has already been processed and will still be shipped. Cancellations prevent future renewals but don’t refund or stop the current one. Make sure to manage your account before the first of each month to avoid receiving a box you do not need. Boxes are non-refundable once it is charged.
