Shipping Frequently Asked Questions

Standard Orders

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Regular orders are created and processed in about 3 business days.

During events and busy times, please allow up to 5 business days before your order leaves our workshop.

We are closed on national holidays and weekends so our employees can spend time with their families.

SHIPPING SPEED

We offer two options for shipping:

USPS

FedEx 2-day

Though not guaranteed, we recommend utilizing FedEx for fastest delivery.

TIME BEFORE ARRIVAL

Processing time + shipping speed = how long before your order arrives.

You can select your shipping speed at checkout.

International customers can expect long wait times of 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the time of year and the location.

PACKAGING

We package orders in the most economical way possible, which also ensures a safe delivery. You can except any variety of packaging materials including flat rigid mailers, bubble mailers, or box mailers.

All products that may be damaged by getting damp in the mail are bagged in self-seal plastic bags or shrink film.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping is $7.95 flat to anywhere in the US.

UPS Ground $12.95

FedEx 2-day is $13.95 to any eligible US location. (PO Boxes cannot receive FedEx).

Overseas military ship free. Thank you for your service.

International shipping may vary. Please view rates at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We ship to most countries. Please be aware that any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are added at checkout. Shipping cost varies by country.

Subscriptions

HOW LONG BEFORE YOUR FIRST SUBSCRIPTION SHIPS

All subscriptions are shipped at the same time each month, between the 15th and the 18th.

Subscription orders placed before the 10th of the month will ship the same month.

Subscription orders placed after the 10th will ship the following month.

ADD / COMBINE

Unfortunately we are unable to add any additional items or combine subscriptions.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please be aware that most countries charge VAT and/or customs and import fees. These are your responsibility and can vary greatly. In some situations they can be substantial. We do not reimburse or refund for these fees.

Issue with Delivery

ORDER IS LATE

While we offer estimated shipping and transit times, these are not guaranteed. Please feel free to notify us if your order has not updated tracking in 10 business days.

ORDER IS MISSING

Your order shows delivered but never arrived?

Please look around surfaces in your home, under your door mat, and in the back of your mailbox. Sometimes helpful household members will bring in packages and set them someplace unexpected.

Still missing? We offer shipping insurance that guarantees replacement (or refund if a replacement is not available) when a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. This shipping insurance can be purchased at checkout. You can submit a claim for a replacement here.
