Return Policy
Returns
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with the item(s) you received from Jane's Agenda. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us, within 30 days of receipt. All eligible returns are issued back to the customer in the form of store credit. Any purchase that has been over the 30 day return policy, is not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, first you must request to return your item by sending an email to hello@janesagenda.com, where our customer service representative will send you the return instructions.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized/custom products
- Clearance items
- Planner and Lifestyle Subscription Box™ products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned not in the original condition will not receive a credit.
Store Credits (if applicable)
Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow 2 business days for the return to be processed. Once the return has been processed, we will notify you via email of your approval along with your store credit information. If for any reason your return has been deemed ineligible for store credit, you can request the item back. However, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the item returned back to them.
Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be store credited, unfortunately clearance items cannot be credited.

Jane's Agenda is not liable for any stolen or lost product. We now provide our customers with Navidium shipping protection. Navidium shipping protection covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping protection. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
