What date and time is the event?
The Cyber Week Event will begin on Wednesday, November 22, at 12pm (MST) and last until Monday, November 27, at 11:59am (MST) 2023
How do I get the free gifts?
Orders over $35 will receive a free color dot marker. Orders over $50 will receive the color dot and a free magnet grocery list, while supplies last.
Free gift will appear in cart automatically when you meet the thresholds. Order value must be after discount and before shipping and tax.
Free gifts are one per customer.
Can I use planner perks during the event?
Unfortunately additional discounts are not able to be used during the event. Save your perks points for another time.
You will still accumulate points from your purchases though!
What can I use the discount on?
Discount is sitewide, excluding: Subscriptions, Gift Cards, and Previous Purchases.
I already placed an order earlier, can you edit/combine it?
We start processing and shipping as quickly as we can and that means that unfortunately previous orders cannot be combined or edited during this event.
If I order during the event, when will my order ship?
Processing speed + shipping speed = Total time until arrival.
PROCESSING SPEED: Our standard processing speed is currently 5-7 business days. This allows our small business the time it takes to make your order. Large orders may take longer.
SHIPPING SPEED: The shipping speed will vary depending on the option you pick at checkout.
Please keep in mind that carriers do not guarantee shipping speed this time of year and while we can guarantee your order will be processed in the time we promise, we cannot offer a guarantee on the shipping speed.
If the item I want has sold out will you restock?
Unfortunately, there are no rain checks. Limited quantities are available. We will restock items that we can, as fast as we can.
