• Mini  4.6x7 inches. Receives three file options to print from: no trim, trim, and spread.
• Junior/half-letter 5.5x8.5 inches. Receives two file options to print from: no trim and spread.
• A5 5.83x8.27 inches. Receives two file options to print from: no trim and trim.
• Classic 7x9.25 inches. Receives two file options to print from: no trim and trim.
• Letter 8.5x11 inches. Receives one file option to print from: no trim.

• PDF file requires Adobe Acrobat for printing; Acrobat is available for download at: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
• Use the “actual size” setting on your printer or scale to 100%. This is essential!
• The pages are formatted to print double-sided.

To print in a printer that doesn't have duplex capabilities (cannot print double-sided) print all odd pages first, then flip the pages and print even pages on the back of the odd pages

If you do not want to print them double-sided, simply sort them after you print.

Once printed, you'll cut along the cut lines/marks. Then punch.

We use 120GSM, 32lb Hammermill paper. We recommend you use a 25lb or higher paper quality.

• No Trim This type of file is one page per sheet, with no cut marks, and is meant to be used on paper that is already cut to size.
• Trim This type of file is one page per sheet, with trim marks to show you where to cut.
• Spread This type of file is two pages per sheet, with trim marks to show you where to cut—meant to be printed on letter size paper.

Depending on your size, you’ll receive 1 to 3 of the appropriate file types to ensure you can print correctly. See size and compatibility for more.
