The Annual Planning Marathon
Don't just arrive in next year. Plan it.
Three sessions with Jane, start to finish: the goals, the projects, and the dates they actually happen on. Get instant access to all three sessions and the workbook, and work through them on your own schedule.
What is the Annual Planning Marathon?
The Annual Planning Marathon is a three-session year planning workshop taught by Jane, founder and CEO of Jane's Agenda. Over three 90-minute sessions, you decide on your goals for the year, turn them into projects, and plan backward until every project has real dates on your calendar.
You get instant access to all three sessions plus the printable workbook, so you can work through them on your own schedule. It works with any paper or digital planner.
The three days of the Planning Marathon.
Not a mood board. A plan. Each session builds on the one before it, so you finish with next year already on the calendar.
The Vision & the Goals.
Today you decide.
Get clear on what next year is actually for, then choose the goals that will get you there.
The Projects.
Today you place.
Turn goals into projects and give each one a home in the year, so they stop competing for the same month.
The Backward Plan.
Today your year becomes a calendar.
Start at the finish line and work back until every project has real dates attached.

The Goals Lab & the Projects Lab.
Two live follow-up workshops for the parts of planning that need more than one afternoon. Each Lab is sold separately, and you don't need the Marathon to join.
The Goals Lab.
For the goal that still feels fuzzy.
You know what you want. You just can't put a number on it yet. We'll turn a vague want into a real metric and build milestones that actually tell you something. Bring any goal: the ones from work, the ones somebody else assigned you, the one that's been on your list for two years.
The Projects Lab.
For the projects too big for one month.
Break oversized projects into pieces you can actually finish, sort out what genuinely has to come first, and get honest about priority: what to hand off, what to automate, and what to stop doing altogether.
Planning Marathon & Labs questions.
How do I get access to the Planning Marathon?
You get instant access to all three sessions and the printable workbook as soon as you purchase.
How long does the Planning Marathon take?
Each session is about 90 minutes, so plan on roughly four and a half hours plus time in the workbook. Do one session a day or all three in a weekend.
Do I need a Jane's Agenda planner?
No. The method works in any paper or digital planner.
What is the difference between the Planning Marathon and the Labs?
The Planning Marathon plans your whole year across three sessions. The Labs are single deep-dive workshops: the Goals Lab turns fuzzy goals into real metrics and milestones, and the Projects Lab breaks down projects too big for one month. Each Lab is sold separately, and you can take either one without the Marathon.
Do the Labs include a replay?
Yes. Each Lab is taught live, and you get the join link and replay access by email after you register.
You're not lazy. You're tired because you're carrying everything.
The Marathon gets your year on paper. The Collective keeps it there. Your quarterly resets are easy to skip when nobody's expecting you. In the Collective, somebody is.
It's a membership for women who are ready to take back control of their lives, not by doing more, but by planning differently. Built by Jane, who has lived the overwhelm, and kept off social media so you can actually think.
What's inside the Masterplan Collective.
New monthly modules
A fresh module every month: four coffee-break-sized lessons with worksheets and handouts you'll actually use.
Live training with Jane
One hour a month, live on Zoom. Real strategies and your questions answered. Not a polished presentation.
Masterplan 365 library
The vault. Twelve modules and fifty-two weekly lessons, each with video, written guides, and a printable workbook. Members only.
Book club
A meaningful non-fiction book each quarter, read and talked through together to stretch how you think about planning.
Private community
Daily access to Jane and her team, away from social media. No algorithm, no endless scroll, just women who get it.
What members say about the Collective.
I've learned so much since joining Jane's Masterplan Collective! This group has completely changed the way I use my planner, and I feel so much more productive. I'm even using forms that used to sit blank in ways I never thought of.
Lisa
It has helped me rethink how I use my planner to stay on schedule, sort priorities, and reach my goals with guidance and support. My family, friends, and co-workers are seeing the positive impact it is making in my life. I feel less stressed and more on top of things!
Theresa
This is a community of people who support each other with planning, learning and life. We cheer for the small and large wins. We support through the challenges.

About Jane.
Jane is the founder and CEO of Jane's Agenda. As a working mom and business owner, she knows the pressure of managing it all, and how quickly systems that look good on paper fall apart in real life. Her teaching is honest and no-fluff, built to turn overwhelming situations into simple, actionable plans.
Masterplan Collective questions.
Do I need to do the Planning Marathon first?
No. Everything in the Collective works on its own. The Planning Marathon is available with instant access if you'd like your whole year mapped out before you join.
Do I need a Jane's Agenda planner?
No. The Collective works with any planner, paper or digital. Plenty of members love pairing it with a physical planner, but it's completely optional.
Is this the same as the subscription box?
No. The box is physical planner products delivered each month. The Collective is a digital membership with training, live calls, and community. You can have either one without the other.
How much time does it take?
As much as you want to give it. Monthly lessons take 15 to 20 minutes, the live training is one hour a month, and the community is there whenever you want to drop in.
What if I fall behind?
You just pick it back up. The library is always there, the lessons are bite-sized, and there's no guilt for missing a week.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No locked contracts and no guilt. If it isn't working for you, cancel and you won't be charged again.
Clarity. Capacity. A system that works.
And a community that gets it. You shouldn't have to do it alone.
Cancel anytime.
