Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love everything you receive from Jane’s Agenda®. If something isn’t quite right, please review the policy below before initiating a return.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date (the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier).
How to Initiate a Return (Required)
All standard returns must be initiated through our self-serve return system:
1. Log in to your account on our website
2. Go to Orders
3. Select the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return
4. Click “Request a Return” and follow the prompts
Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. All returns are reviewed for eligibility.
If you are unable to access your account, please contact us at hello@janesagenda.com or via our Contact Us page for assistance.
Defective or Damaged Item(s)
If you believe you received a defective or damaged item, do not submit a self-serve return.
Instead, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery by:
• Emailing hello@janesagenda.com, or
• Submitting a message through our Contact Us page
Lost or Stolen Packages
Jane’s Agenda® is not liable for lost or stolen return packages. We offer Shipping Protection, which covers items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping protection.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect so we can assist you quickly.
Return Shipping
•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
•If Jane’s Agenda® provides a return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Item Condition
Unopened Item(s)
• Must be in original packaging and in unopened condition.
• Unopened items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method with a 3% restocking fee.
Opened Item(s)
• Opened items may be accepted at our discretion.
• Approved opened returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Used or Damaged Items(s)
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligible for refund.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
•Bent or used planner punches
•Writing, marks, or visible handling
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund (Final Sale)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
• Digital or virtual products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or Last Chance items
• Planner and Lifestyle Subscription Box™ items
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Processing
Once your return is received, please allow 2 business days for inspection and processing.
You will be notified via email of approval or denial.
If Jane’s agenda® receives a return where products do not qualify for a refund, you may request that the item be shipped back to you at your expense.
