How long does shipping take?

Regular orders process in about 3-5 business days. During events or especially busy times you can expect up to 7 business days before your order ships. Once your order ships, the shipping time will depend on the speed you choose at checkout. For fastest delivery, we recommend FedEx shipping.

Subscription boxes ship all at the same time each month. Any boxes subscribed to by the 10th of the month will ship by the 18th of the month. Example: If you subscribe to the box on April 15th, your first box will ship by May 18th.

Military customers:

We love our military. Jane is the wife of a disabled USMC Veteran and thanks you greatly for your service. Overseas military get free shipping automatically.

International customers:

We are currently only shipping to the US and Canada. Canadian customers please be aware that there are typically VAT and customs fees that will be charged directly to you. These can be quite large, please prepare yourself for the added cost.

There are usually VAT fees / customs fees when shipping internationally. Please research the rules for your specific country prior to ordering as we will not pay for or reimburse you for these fees and they are not accepted as a reason for a return.

My tracking hasn't updated.

We can usually tell quickly if the package is lost, or just moving slowly. If your package hasn't moved in over a week (for US customers), send us an email at

  • When your discbound products arrive, you'll assemble them together to make your planner.
Order damaged/lost/stolen

If your order says delivered but didn't arrive: First, we recommend looking around your home, on surfaces, under your door mat, or in the back of your mailbox. Packages are rarely truly lost and more often than not, simply brought in by a helpful family member.

Occasionally a package will be delivered to a neighbor by accident, and for this reason, we suggest waiting 24-48 hours before we worry the package is gone forever. Most neighbors are wonderful and bring the mis-delivered package to your home or give it back to the mail carrier for re-delivery.

That didn't solve the issue? We offer shipping insurance that covers packages that are lost/stolen/damaged in transit. You can submit a claim form here.

What is the returns policy?

We accept returns of new/unused/unopened products if returned within 30 days of receipt.

Do you accept custom orders?

No. Due to our size and quantity of orders, we cannot make any custom changes or create custom products for one time orders. See bulk orders for more details.

We cannot combine anything with your subscription box. These ship separately.
