Shipping policy

We ship all packages as securely and safely as possible. This means that your packages are tightly packed. Please do not use box cutters or blades to open them.


Janes Agenda Shipping Time

Orders are regularly processed and ship out in 3-5 business days. We DO NOT ship on postal/banking holidays or weekends, this time is additional.
During events or holiday, orders will ship out in 5-7 business days. This is to accommodate busy sales traffic and production time.

During shop events and sales, processing time is extended to 7-10 business days before shipping, in order to accommodate production time.

Transit time is separate and in addition to processing time.

International order transit time will vary greatly and cannot be helped.


Please be aware that shipping time is in addition to our processing time. 

  • Economy Shipping - $8.95 While the least expensive option, this is also the slowest. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery after production. You will receive a tracking number.
  • UPS Ground - $13.95 A reliable standard shipping method, UPS Ground typically delivers within 3 to 5 business days after your order ships. Includes tracking and is available for both residential and commercial addresses. UPS Ground is excluded from P.O. boxes.
  • FedEx Shipping 2 Day- $15.95 (FedEx is the safest option, and our recommended choice, arrives in up to two business days from shipment date.) FedEx shipping is excluded from P.O. Boxes.
  • OVERSEAS MILITARY SHIP FREE.

As the wife of a disabled veteran of the United States Marine Corps, I thank you for your service. Overseas military always get free shipping.

We do not reimburse for customs, VAT, or other import fees. Please be aware that these are your responsibility and educate yourself on what potential fees could be charged before you order. We will not alter the packing slip or label to avoid these fees. This is highly illegal, please do not ask.International shipping transit times can vary greatly. Please expect delays. We recommend assuming 2 - 3 weeks transit time at minimum for any overseas shipping. Canadian customers are generally seeing faster transit times. All international sales are FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or returns, are available for international customers at this time, once shipped we have no control over the outcome.

Damaged, Lost, or Incomplete Shipment; Shipping Protection
If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of Products, or if you are otherwise dissatisfied with any Product, please contact us within one (1) week of receipt (as shown on the common carrier’s shipping information). Any refunds or replacements are made solely at our discretion.

Shipping Protection Policy: Jane’s Agenda is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the order has been transferred to the carrier for shipment. To safeguard against these potential issues, we offer Shipping Protection, which can be added to your order at checkout.

If Shipping Protection is not purchased, Jane’s Agenda will not issue refunds, provide replacements, or take responsibility for any package loss, theft, or transit errors caused by the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure a safe delivery location and provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

By purchasing Shipping Protection, you are entitled to assistance in filing claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
