Free guided audio session

Get it out of your head in thirty minutes.

You, a pen, a piece of paper, and me talking you through it. No app, no system to learn, nothing to set up.

What you'll walk away with

Your next hour has a plan. Your week has a shape. And the stuff that's been waking you up at two in the morning is sitting on a piece of paper instead of in your chest.

What you get

The Guided Priority Reset: a thirty minute audio session and a three page printable worksheet set.
The guided session

Thirty minutes of audio. Listen at the table, pause whenever you need to, come back to it any time you want to run the reset again.

The worksheet set

Three printable pages. Two for getting everything out of your head, and one to keep in your planner for every time after this.

How it works

  1. Everything comes out of your head.I walk you through five areas and ask the questions. You write. You don't have to think of anything on your own, and nothing has to be impressive.
  2. The stuck things get unstuck. The ones with too many steps to ever start. We find the one small thing that gets each of them moving.
  3. You put a number on it.Five quick passes, and you know what you're doing first, what's waiting for tomorrow, and what you can stop thinking about entirely until next week.

30 minutes  ·  Paper and a pen  ·  Free

Audio only, so you can pause me any time and catch up. You don't need a planner, an app, or any particular system. If you have a planner you love, bring it. If you don't, a blank sheet works exactly as well.

Start the session

Add your name and email, and I'll take you straight to it. No waiting on an email.

You'll land on the session page right after this. Unsubscribe any time.

A few honest answers

Do I need to own a planner?

No. Any paper works. I'll tell you where to put things at the end, and "your phone" is a perfectly good answer.

Can I listen in the car?

Not this one. You need to be writing. Save it for a table and thirty minutes you can actually sit down for.

I've done brain dumps before and nothing changed.

Because a brain dump on its own is just a longer list. The part that changes anything is what happens in the last ten minutes, when it gets an order and one thing gets a date.

Will I finish my whole list?

No, and you're not supposed to. Most of what comes out of your head does not belong in this week. Knowing which part does is the entire point.

I'm Jane. I've been building planning systems for people with too much going on for years, and I've watched this exact thirty minutes do more than any app I've ever recommended.
