The Planner Box is what we think is the perfect blend of the Monthly Cover Club and the Lifestyle box. Here are examples of what you'll get:

• A planner cover (from our new manufacturer, and MUCH more resilient)
• Cardstock
• Something to find your spot, like a page finder, a hybrid or tabbed dashboard, or a divider
• A planner insert
• Quote cards

The items will rotate a bit from month to month, but the value and the number of items stay the same. That keeps your planner stash from getting overwhelming, and you're always getting something new and fresh, right when you need it.

Calendar pages aren't included. You can still buy those separately, whenever you want them.

Never. Starting with the December 1 charge, there will never be AI-generated art in The Planner Box. This is important to us, and we know it's important to you. You'll find a mix of contemporary small artists and vintage pieces, some from centuries ago.

Yes, every month. They just won't follow a monthly theme anymore. Because of that, they'll be useful wherever you are in your life and your planning. We'll make them decorative whenever we can (and not just note lines!).

We're still making them, and they're still really cool! Now they're sold separately, so you get to choose. You won't be charged for something you might not love.

We already have releases planned for early next year that go gorgeously with your box.

Custom boxes each month cost a LOT, and removing them is one of the ways we can give you this lower price. Your box will now come in a branded Jane's Agenda box that stays mostly the same from month to month.

Because the boxes won't always be themed for one month. Some will be more neutral, or work all year. So instead of "the January box," we'll just say "the box charging December 1."

If it's not the right fit for you, you can cancel before December 1 and you won't be charged.

Honestly, this one is about keeping the business healthy. Many subscribers held several boxes but only took one or two each month. We buy products for every reserved box, every month, so that left us with HUNDREDS of extra products each month. We can't keep doing that and keep prices where they are.

On November 9, we'll convert your subscription to The Planner Box. If you have more than one, we'll do our best to keep the one we can tell you love most. We'll email you to let you know exactly what we've done.

There's a good chance, yes! Every subscriber has a box set aside each month. When someone skips, their box goes into our subscribers-only section.

Skipped boxes are offered to subscribers around the third Friday of each month. You'll have until the end of the month to grab any extras, first come, first served, at your regular subscriber price. After that, they open to the public at full price. Shipping isn't included on these extra boxes, but you can add other shop items to reach our $100 free shipping threshold.

No, and this is a big change! Box items are never sold separately. Extra boxes are only sold as complete kits, so you can't wait and grab just the cover later.

It also means you can't add a single extra piece from the box to your order like before. Everything is sold as a complete set.

Yes! If you don't love the theme, skip the box. We're also getting rid of the rule that removed you after 3 skips in a row.

Each month's subscriber benefits are built around that month's theme. So starting December 1, if you skip a month, you won't have access to the subscribers-only section that month, and you won't be able to buy that month's extra boxes at the subscriber price.

We expect so! We're moving to a third-party warehouse because they can ship much faster than we can in-house. We expect subscriptions to ship around the 7th to the 10th of each month going forward.

The last Free Ship Friday is November 13. Here's what's coming in its place: you'll be able to add anything from the shop to your subscription order, so it all ships together with free shipping (or reduced shipping for international) and charges on the 1st with your box. (Last Chance items can't be added to your box.)

Nope! Planner Perks is staying. There's just one change, and it's tied to the new box (see below).

Not anymore. Starting with the box charging December 1, subscription orders won't earn Perks points. The new box is priced lower, and at that price there just isn't room to add points on top.
