JANE’S AGENDA GOLDEN TICKET SWEEPSTAKES

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Wild Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Jane’s Agenda, 1321 E Lumbermans Loop, Suite 104, Show Low, Arizona 85901 (“Sponsor”).

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Jane’s Agenda Golden Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) consists of five separate daily sweepstakes periods (each, a “Daily Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00:00 a.m. Arizona time on August 13, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Arizona time on August 17, 2026.

Arizona time controls all deadlines.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. “Immediate family” includes parents, children, siblings, spouse, and their respective spouses.

4. How to Enter

There is a limit of one entry per person per Daily Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. An individual may enter each of the five Daily Sweepstakes Periods, but may win only one prize during the Sweepstakes.

A. Entry with an Order

A person who places an order through Jane’s Agenda during a Daily Sweepstakes Period will receive one entry into that Daily Sweepstakes Period.

No additional entries will be awarded for additional orders, larger orders, or a higher purchase amount. If a person enters by order and also uses the free entry method for the same Daily Sweepstakes Period, only one entry will be counted.

B. Free Entry Method

To enter without making a purchase, visit JanesAgenda.com/goldenticket during the applicable Daily Sweepstakes Period and submit the requested entry form.

The free entry form must be submitted by the entry deadline for that Daily Sweepstakes Period. No purchase, payment, postage, or other consideration is required. Free entries have the same chance of winning as entries received through an order.

Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, automated, generated by script or bot, submitted through a fraudulent method, or otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules.

5. Prize

One prize will be awarded in each Daily Sweepstakes Period, for a total of five prizes.

Each prize consists of one custom-designed, dated 2027 weekly planner insert, designed by Jane’s Agenda using the winner’s submitted preferences and details (“Custom Weekly”), along with a physical Golden Ticket. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $40. Total ARV of all prizes: $200.

The prize does not include any product, design, revision, service, or feature not expressly described in these Official Rules. The Golden Ticket is a physical winner-notification item and is not redeemable for cash. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Any costs not expressly included in these Official Rules are the winner’s sole responsibility.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On August 18, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from the eligible entries received during each Daily Sweepstakes Period, for a total of five potential winners.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Daily Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor may contact each potential winner using the email address, phone number, or other contact information provided with the entry and may require reasonable proof of identity and eligibility before awarding a prize.

If a potential winner is ineligible, declines the prize, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or does not begin the design process within the required time, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries from the applicable Daily Sweepstakes Period.

7. Prize Fulfillment and Design Process

If a selected winner placed an eligible order that has not yet shipped, Sponsor will place the physical Golden Ticket in that winner’s order shipment when reasonably practicable. If the order has already shipped, or if the selected winner entered through the free entry method, Sponsor will send the physical Golden Ticket to the winner at no charge.

A winner has 30 calendar days after delivery of the Golden Ticket to accept the prize by beginning the Custom Weekly design process. To begin, the winner must visit JanesAgenda.com/goldenticket, enter the unique claim code printed on the Golden Ticket, and complete the requested web form.

A winner who does not begin the design process and submit the required web form within 30 calendar days after Golden Ticket delivery forfeits the prize. Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries from that Daily Sweepstakes Period.

The claim code is for the verified winner’s use only and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or exchanged. Submission of the claim form does not create an additional Sweepstakes entry or change any entrant’s chance of winning.

Sponsor will create an initial design proof using the winner’s submitted information. The winner may request up to two rounds of revisions before printing. Sponsor may make reasonable changes necessary for formatting, printing, production, quality, readability, legality, or consistency with Jane’s Agenda products.

After the included revision process is complete, Sponsor will print and mail the final Custom Weekly to the winner at no cost.

8. Ownership and Use of Custom Weekly Design

The Custom Weekly layout, design, artwork, typography, formatting, and all related materials are created by and remain the property of Sponsor. The winner receives the printed Custom Weekly for personal use only and receives no ownership interest in the underlying design.

By accepting the prize and submitting information through the Custom Weekly web form, the winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, display, sell, and otherwise use the Custom Weekly layout and design in Sponsor’s shop or business, with any changes Sponsor considers necessary or appropriate.

Sponsor will not use the winner’s name, contact information, or other personally identifying information in a product offered for sale without the winner’s separate permission. The winner represents that any text, images, or other material submitted does not violate another person’s rights and grants Sponsor permission to use those materials solely to create and fulfill the Custom Weekly.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other circumstance impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries, communications, or shipments that are late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, damaged, or not received for any reason.

10. Release and Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, city, state, likeness, and prize-related statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes, prize acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at  https://janesagenda.com/policies/privacy-policy.

12. Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Winner List

For the names of the winners, send a written request to Wild Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Jane’s Agenda, 1321 E Lumbermans Loop, Suite 104, Show Low, Arizona 85901, after August 18, 2026, and before September 30, 2026.
