What date and time is the event?
The Cyber Week Event will begin on Tuesday, November 22, at 12pm (MST) and last until Monday, November 28, at 11:59pm (MST)
How do I get the free gifts?
Every order placed during the event will receive a FREE gift in their order automatically. (While supplies last!)
Can I use planner perks during the event?
You certainly can, however discounts cannot be combined, which means you'll want to choose the one discount that gets you the best price.
You will still earn perks points though!
Can I use the discount on the Suscription Boxes?
This discount is not valid on any subscriptions, Gift Cards, or previous purchases.
If I order during the event, when will my order ship?
Processing speed + shipping speed = Total time until arrival.
PROCESSING SPEED: Our standard processing speed is currently 5-7 business days. This allows our small business the time it takes to make your order.
SHIPPING SPEED: The shipping speed will vary depending on the option you pick at checkout.
RUSH ORDERS: We offer rush processing which means we move your order out of our normal cycle and process it quickly. Rush orders are shipped out within one business day and shipped via Fed-Ex 2 day. This provides a total arrival time of 3 - 4 business days.
Please keep in mind that carriers do not guarantee shipping speed this time of year and while we can guarantee your order will be processed in the time we promise, we cannot offer a guarantee on the shipping speed.
I already placed an order earlier, can you edit/combine it?
We start processing and shipping as quickly as we can and that means that unfortunately previous orders cannot be combined or edited during this event.
If the item I want has sold out will you restock?
Unfortunately, there are no rain checks. Limited quantities are available. We recommend using the "notify me when available button" on the products you were hoping to get. We will restock items that we can, and you'll be automatically notified that way.
