Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, first you must request to return your item back through mail. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned not in the original condition will not receive a credit.
Store Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be sent to you via email.
Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be store credited, unfortunately clearance items cannot be credited.

Jane's Agenda is not liable for any stolen or lost product. We now provide our customers with Route Insurance. Route is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Simply add Route to your cart at checkout to safeguard against any unforeseen hiccups that may arise.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
